CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY :
Please note we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call or email us.
Clients that cancel with less than 24 hours notice, are more than 5 minutes late (for services under one hour) 15 minutes late (for services one hour or longer), or do not show up to their appointment will be charged 10% of their service cost (up to a maximum of $50.00). Consultations of any kind are subject to a $50.00 cancellation/no-show fee as well.

RETURNS :
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date for defective products only (gift cards are non-refundable). In order to initiate a return, simply email us with a photo of your defective product and we will take it from there! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunded amounts may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

DISCLOSURE :
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

In no case shall Eden Eyebrows®, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Eden Eyebrows® and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

  • GENERAL CONDITIONS :

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

  • MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES :

Prices for our services and products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

  • PRODUCTS OR SERVICES :

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

CYBERSECURITY POLICY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Chantal Bergeron, owner of the company Eden, eyebrow bar & cie is officially named responsible for personal information.

A record of confidentiality incidents is kept in the event of a breach of the confidentiality of personal information. A register based on the following model must be completed in the event of an incident and must be communicated to the Commission for Access to Information as well as the person(s) affected by the incident.

 Cybersecurity measures

Several measures have been put in place to ensure superior security in terms of the protection of personal data and in the context of cybersercurity:

  • Company passwords are saved on external software and secured
  • All company employees must only maintain their passwords made up of uppercase, lowercase, letters and numbers and signs. No password should be used twice. Employees should use two-factor authentication where available
  • A security copy of these passwords is saved on the company's general hard drive once a month.
  • All of our customers' information is kept in paper or computer format. In paper format, all data is kept in a secure room. Once a month, they will be scanned and stored on a secure computer system.
  • In computer format, all data is kept on a secure computer system and once a month, a backup copy will be made on an external hard drive.
  • A systems backup is carried out once a month. Copies of backups are held on an external hard drive
  • All company documents and external hard drives are kept in a secure, locked room
  • An antivirus is installed on each of the company's computers
  • Each smart device in the company, used while traveling, is continuously connected to a VPN application.
  • A firewall is activated at all times on company computers
  • Weekly verification by employees of compliance with cybersecurity measures is mandatory
  • Our website is managed on Shopify and is secure
  • A cookie authorization request banner is present on our website
